As the Production Coordinator, you will be a proactive member of the team, with responsibility for the ensuring smooth planning of the workshop to ensure vehicles and ready for the customers expected delivery date. You will be responsible to ensure all stock/parts and ready for the time of fitting. You will also deal with customers, dealerships and other supplied day to day.
The successful applicant will ideally live within the Neath region or be within a reasonable commuting distance of there. You must have a proven track record at a supervisory/controller level within an automotive workshop environment. A strong technical understanding of commercial vehicles would be highly beneficial; however client would also consider candidates from a van, plant, or commercial vehicle background. Overall, you will be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation.
