Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? Do you want to work for a prestige main dealer in Plymouth? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a service advisor to join our client, a Main Dealership in Plymouth, and provide a high-quality service to their customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, booking their vehicles in for service or repair, liaising with the workshop and parts department, and keeping them updated on the progress and costs. You will also advise them on additional products and services that may benefit them, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

To be successful in this Service Advisor role, you will need:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Motor Trade Experience
  • A professional and friendly manner
  • A customer-focused and proactive approach
  • A good knowledge of vehicle technology and terminology
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently
