Vehicle Technician – Independent Garage.
  • Location: Harlow, Essex.
  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + bonus based on branch performance.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm.
  • Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Our motor trade client is a highly respected, Independent Garage with a solid reputation for quality service, customer care, and technical expertise. Due to continued growth, they now looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join their friendly team.

They are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician who is confident in a wide range of mechanical work, including:
  • Clutch replacements.
  • Cambelt/Timing belt work.
  • Diagnostic fault finding.
  • General mechanical repairs and servicing.
You’ll need to work efficiently, maintain high standards, and take pride in your workmanship. A positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience).

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician.
  • Relevant qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent).
  • Good diagnostic knowledge and experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own tools required.
