I am currently working with a client who is looking for a Parts Sales Manager who has previous working experience within a Parts Department and is able to lead, manage and motivate their sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
What is needed as a Parts Sales Manager:
- Previous experience within the Motor Trade.
- Previous experience and knowledge of working in a Parts Department.
- Able to identify new and existing areas for business improvement and profitability.
- Can confidentially lead a team of Sales Executives.
- Able to motivate and managed the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Can conduct meetings, reviews and appraisals.
- Able to provide reports when needed.
- Able to ensure that compliance with business standards and processes.
- Have knowledge of warranty procedures and guidelines.
- Parts Supplier.
- Aberdeen region.
