- Salary: £40,000 DOE – Pro Rata
- Hours: 4 Days Per Week, Full-Time Permanent (Flexible Days, Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities for the Operational Support Manager Role:
- Acting as a site lead and keyholder, responsible for overall site operations
- Supporting with ongoing business improvements and facilities management
- Managing health & safety requirements, coordinating with external providers
- Overseeing routine site inspections (e.g., ramps, fire extinguishers, alarms)
- Liaising with contractors (electricians, alarm companies, builders)
- Handling insurance renewals and associated compliance matters
- Collaborating with external HR and H&S providers (no final decisions required, but gathering information and keeping records updated)
- Managing and coordinating site improvement projects – a good understanding of building works and facilities is key
- Previous experience in a main dealer, ideally in a senior parts, aftersales or management-level role
- Strong automotive knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident handling contractors, site issues, and operational logistics
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable working independently with support from the wider team
- Preferably someone seeking a flexible 4-day working week, with one day remote as an option
