Bodyshop Manager required in Cheltenham. 
  • Up to £45,000 starting salary pending experience plus bonus earned (up to £77,500 annual earnings).
  • 50 hours per week including paid breaks, 7am-5pm Monday to Friday 
  • Access to £2,000 in joining bonuses (paid in two £1,000 installments; month 1 and month 3).

Our client, the UKs leading accident repair group with 30 centres across the UK, with centres nationwide are currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for their Cheltenham centre.

Reporting to the Company Directors, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage a small team of 10+ members of staff.
  • Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
  • Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
  • Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
  • Manage customer complains and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Motivating and discussing each team members impact on the overall site performance. 
In order to be eligible you will need to have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager with extensive technical knowledge and experience in the accident repair industry (particularly with relevant/up-to-date knowledge of vehicle designs and consumer and vehicle legislation). You will have the ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources, have knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H), and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. 

For your hard work as a Bodyshop Manager our client is offering:
  • Starting salary up to £45,000 per annum pending experience. 
  • Access to performance related bonus scheme providing a potential annual earnings of up to £77,500.
