- Up to £45,000 starting salary pending experience plus bonus earned (up to £77,500 annual earnings).
- 50 hours per week including paid breaks, 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Company Directors, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a small team of 10+ members of staff.
- Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
- Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
- Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
- Manage customer complains and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Motivating and discussing each team members impact on the overall site performance.
