We are seeking a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our Client’s Independent Garage in the Exeter area.

Our Client is a well established long standing used car centre based in Exeter.

Our Client is offering the successful Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
  • A competitive Basic Salary in the region of £40,000, depending on experience

Duties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician with our Client
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on various types of vehicles.
  • Diagnosing faults along with some basic servicing, brakes, cambelts etc.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
  • Assembling and disassembling equipment as needed
  • Performing routine inspections to identify potential problems
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations
What our Client expects of their Diagnostic Vehicle Technicians:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Welding experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Diagnostic Experience
