Tyre Fitter required for Nottingham Independent Garage

We’re recruiting for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join a long-standing, family-run independent autocentre in Nottingham. This business is well known locally for its excellent staff retention, supportive team culture, and commitment to training and development.
  • £27,000 basic salary
  • Up to £30,000+ OTE with bonuses
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:00pm
  • No Sundays or Bank Holidays
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fitter to secure a stable and rewarding role with clear progression routes and great work-life balance.

  • £27,000 basic salary
  • OTE up to £30,000 with achievable bonus
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fitting and replacing tyres on a range of vehicles
  • Performing wheel balancing and four-wheel alignments
  • Carrying out tyre inspections and advising customers on wear and safety
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Supporting the wider workshop team when needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in tyre fitting within a garage or autocentre
  • Confident using alignment and balancing equipment
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
