- Location: Near Preston
- Salary: OTE £70,000 - £75,000 per year

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large team of up to 40 staff members, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service department while meeting both customer and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Manager:
- Manage the daily operations of the service department, including performance monitoring and financial control
- Lead and develop a high-performing service team to ensure excellent customer service and team retention
- Plan resources effectively to meet fleet demands and resolve service delivery issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Communicate and implement manufacturer service updates and improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth
- Proven experience in a similar service management role within the commercial vehicle sector
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to service delivery and team management
- Commercial vehicle industry background essential; knowledge of relevant brands and systems beneficial
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards
