- Salary: Up to £33,000 (based on experience) + £2,000 annual bonus
- Hours: Flexible rotating shifts (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00)
What You’ll Do:
- Streamline service, warranty, and PFL processes to ensure compliance and boost profitability.
- Manage invoicing tasks, including retail pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and self-billing reconciliations.
- Handle warranty and PFL claims with precision, resolving issues and meeting manufacturer standards.
- Keep workshop WIP levels in check and collaborate with technicians and parts teams for seamless operations.
- Work closely with Service and Workshop Managers, and coordinate with the Parts Department to support non-warranty repairs.
- Ensure claims are reviewed, submitted, and verified weekly, maintaining top-notch compliance.
- A highly organised individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a commercial vehicle or automotive aftersales setting is a big plus, but we’re also excited to meet candidates eager to grow in this field.
- Strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering results.
