Aftersales Manager Needed in Warwickshire
  • Contract: Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
  • Location: Stratford-upon-Avon area (multi-site responsibility)
  • Package: Basic salary + bonus, OTE up to £75,000, company car, 33 days’ holiday, pension, life assurance, employee discounts
The Opportunity Our client is a leading automotive logistics and preparation centre seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee PDI, parts, bodyshop, graphics and distribution operations. You will drive customer-care standards, maximise departmental profitability and ensure all service?related KPIs are achieved across multiple sites.

Key Duties:
  • Team Leadership – Manage, coach and develop service advisers, parts and bodyshop teams, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Customer Experience – Champion first-class service; monitor CSI/NPS scores and resolve escalated issues.
  • Financial Control – Deliver profit and volume targets; analyse daily operating controls, labour sales and value-added opportunities.
  • Process & Compliance – Maintain manufacturer and company standards, VHC accuracy, warranty and audit compliance, and health & safety.
  • Resource Planning – Balance workshop loading, parts availability and labour utilisation to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Commercial Development – Identify process improvements, new revenue streams and cost efficiencies; manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
  • Reporting – Produce monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and action plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aftersales, Service or Operations Management (multi-site or group exposure advantageous).
  • Proven track record of exceeding financial and customer-service targets.
  • Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound technical understanding of automotive service, PDI and parts operations (NVQ, ATA or similar desirable).
  • Highly numerate with strong IT capability (Outlook, Excel, DMS/web-based logistics systems).
  • Full UK driving licence and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
