  • Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £45,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • No Weekends or Bank Holiday Work

Our client, a highly respected and award-winning independent garage, is opening a brand-new site in Kettering and is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing team.

With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team backed by the support of an established and successful Northampton branch.

Responsibilites: 
  • Carry out high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work
  • Maintain accurate vehicle health checks and documentation
  • Stay up to date with technical developments and training requirements
  • Uphold quality standards to deliver customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with workshop procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Holds a Level 2 or higher qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Has a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experienced working in a busy workshop environment
  • Confident in diagnostics and decision-making under pressure
  • Eager to upskill with additional training and qualifications
  • Committed to high standards and delivering outstanding service
