The Role As the Senior Service Advisor / Service Manager Delegate, you’ll be the heartbeat of the front-of-house operations. You’ll act as a responsible keyholder, oversee daily operations, and work closely with the Service Manager to keep the workshop humming. Whether you’re a seasoned Service Advisor, a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to move off the tools, or a Parts Advisor craving a more dynamic role, our client is open to candidates with the right drive and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the friendly face of the business, booking vehicles for MOTs, servicing, and repairs.
- Listen to customers’ concerns and ensure their needs are met with clear communication.
- Coordinate with the workshop team, including six highly skilled Vehicle Technicians, to keep jobs on track.
- Order and source parts to keep the workflow seamless.
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s progress and handle invoicing and payments with ease.
- Step up as a leader, supporting the Service Manager and taking ownership of the front-of-house operations.
- Competitive Pay: Earn £32,000–£35,000 basic, plus a labour sales target bonus to boost your income.
- Great Hours: Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with no regular Saturdays—enjoy your weekends!
