Vehicle Service Advisor required in the South Bristol region.
  • Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum pending experience.
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with Saturdays 8:00am-3:00pm on a rota.
A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's independent automotive service centre in the South Bristol region.

  As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will work closely with a workshop team and be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles for service, maintenance or repair work.

You will greet customers in the service reception, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of progress, source and supply parts for the workshop team, and carry out, where possible, upselling of additional products and services.

  Do you need previous Vehicle Service Advisor experience? In short, no!

The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction.

Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy, would be of high priority.

Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or a similar role within the automotive industry would be highly advantageous however, our client is very open to considering candidates from outside the motor trade with a strong track record in customer service and an interest in starting a new career in the motor trade.

A UK driving licence with minimal points is, however, essential.
