- Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (42 hours per week, with some weekend work)
- Salary: From £40,000 per annum + generous bonus scheme + £2,000 joining bonus
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities for a Senior Diagnostic Technician:
- Perform a wide range of vehicle repairs – from routine maintenance to more complex diagnostic and mechanical work
- Advise the Workshop Controller on any additional work required and gain authorisation as needed
- Fault-finding and diagnosis using the latest diagnostic tools
- Carry out work to high safety and quality standards
- Support team members as required with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Level 3 Diploma / City & Guilds in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems
- Confident using vehicle diagnostic tools and systems
- Ability to work with a range of tools and heavy equipment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety protocols
- Salary from £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
