  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (42 hours per week, with some weekend work)

Our client, a prestigious and rapidly expanding used car supermarket, is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior Diagnostic Technician to join their energetic team. With people at the heart of their business, they are seeking individuals who show strong integrity, take genuine pride in their work, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Diagnostic Technician:
  • Perform a wide range of vehicle repairs – from routine maintenance to more complex diagnostic and mechanical work
  • Advise the Workshop Controller on any additional work required and gain authorisation as needed
  • Fault-finding and diagnosis using the latest diagnostic tools
  • Carry out work to high safety and quality standards
  • Support team members as required with a proactive and flexible attitude
What We’re Looking For in a Senior Diagnostic Technician:
  • Level 3 Diploma / City & Guilds in Vehicle Mechanics (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems
  • Confident using vehicle diagnostic tools and systems
  • Ability to work with a range of tools and heavy equipment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety protocols
