Finance and Insurance Manager required in Somerset across two sites.
  • SALARY: Basic salary plus bonus providing an uncapped annual on-target earnings of around £70,000 per annum. 
  • Access to a company car
  • HOURS: Guaranteed 5-day week that includes weekends (two Saturdays and one Sunday per month although this is flexible.

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Finance and Insurance Manager across two of our clients' dealerships in the Weston-super-Mare region.

Reporting to the Commercial leader, this role will require you to lead, coach, and develop Business Managers across the group to ensure consistent performance and professional growth. You will be: 
  • Oversee Business Manager activity across two sites, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth
  • Implement and manage F&I processes to support profitable and compliant operations
  • Provide operational support and adherence to best practices
  • Uphold compliance standards within customer sales and finance placement. 
  • Assist Sales Management with stock control
  • Monitor and manage FSA compliance
  • Oversee the delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth and customer-friendly handovers.
  • Drive achievement of balanced sales across all products and services
This role would suit a current Business/Sales/General Sales Manager with retail sales experience (5 years minimum) gained from within the motor industry, particularly within used car sales and F&I, who has well-developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of all areas of the department. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and in your ability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team. In addition, you will need to be able to display the passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
