Basic Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week
Automotive Accident Repair / Crash Repair Business

Our Client is a well-established, Insurance-approved Vehicle Accident Repair Centre with a strong reputation for high-quality work. Specialising in non-fault accident repairs, they regularly handle prestige vehicles and complete restoration projects, setting a high standard in the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing accident repair business and work in a fully equipped workshop with the latest technology. We are looking for a motivated Vehicle Prepper who is eager to develop their skills and has an interest in training to become a Paint Sprayer in the long term.

What’s in it for you?
  • Basic Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Prepper
  • Preparing vehicle bodywork, including sanding, masking, and priming, to meet client and manufacturer specifications.

  • Keeping product knowledge current and staying up-to-date with industry standards.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer loyalty and referrals.

  • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards within the workshop.
     

What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle Prepper
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Recognised qualification in Accident Repair/Bodyshop, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a busy Bodyshop or accident repair setting.

  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills towards becoming a Paint Sprayer.

  • Full UK Driving Licence required.
