This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top 100 dealer groups in the UK! My client is looking for a Paint Sprayer to join their workshop in Lancaster.

We have been working alongside each other for a number of years, and believe you could get on very well if this Paint Sprayer role appeals to you!

Working on a variety of vehicles to a high standard, all Paint Sprayer/Prepper technicians will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out to a very high standard, completed to tight deadline times.

Paint Sprayers will need to be fully skilled and have previous Bodyshop experience.

You will carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs and cosmetic refurbishment on a range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Efficiently and effectively undertake painting and prepping on motor vehicles
  • Work safely and responsibly, in line with current H&S (including COSHH), retailer and manufacturer regulations and guidelines
  • Prepare panels to an exceptionally high standard
  • Experience in water-based paints is necessary
  • Time management and work schedule priority
The successful Paint Sprayer will have:
  • 2 years’ experience as a Prepper / Painter / Smart Repair
  • background in a similar automotive environment
  • full UK drivers’ licence
  • excellent communication skills
The successful Paint Sprayer will receive:
