Parts Advisor Required for a Car Dealership in Eltham

Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, no weekends

Pay: £30,000 per annum + £1,000 attendance bonus + performance-related bonus (OTE £34,000 - £35,000 per annum)

Experience: CDK (Kerridge) experience preferred but not essential

We are working with a well-established Motor Trade Dealership Group, successfully operating in the London, Kent, and Surrey region for over 70 years. Our client, a multi-award-winning dealership representing 8 vehicle manufacturers, is renowned for its industry-recognised employee awards and commitment to excellence.

They are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their Parts Sales Operation in a B2B automotive supplier environment. This role is vital to the dealership’s success, offering competitive rewards and benefits that set them apart from other car parts suppliers in the Eltham area.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Responding to customer sales orders, queries, and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Escalating issues to senior parts advisors or management when necessary

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures during customer interactions

  • Following up on customer calls to ensure satisfaction

  • Staying updated on products, services, and policies through training sessions

  • Accurately understanding and clarifying customer requests and issues

  • Upselling products and services to meet sales targets

  • Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system and completing call logs and reports

  • Parts lookup and pre-picking customer orders
