Vehicle Technician / Mechanic 
  • Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to £47,600 OTE (£30,000 - £39,000 basic, plus £6,600 uncapped bonus and additional £2k EV bonus)
  • Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 6:00 pm), and every other Saturday (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a well-established automotive service centre in Liverpool. In this Vehicle Technician role, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle health checks, conducting services, and performing repairs while working alongside a supportive team. The company offers excellent training opportunities, including manufacturer-accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training, to help accelerate your career.

Key Responsibilities of Vehicle Technician:
  • Perform vehicle health checks using the latest technology
  • Conduct vehicle services according to manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
  • Complete additional repairs as authorised by customers
  • Carry out warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
  • Conduct road tests to ensure all faults are resolved
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
  • Previous motor industry experience (brand or non-brand)
  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated and able to work to the highest standards
  • Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues
  • Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
