About the Role: As Bodyshop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring high standards of repair quality, customer service, and team performance. Your leadership will drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage workflow and production within the bodyshop
  • Ensure repairs are completed to high standards and deadlines

  • Lead, support, and develop a strong team of technicians and estimators

  • Monitor performance and maintain compliance with industry standards

  • Drive customer satisfaction and promote a positive work environment

About You:
  • Proven experience managing a bodyshop or repair centre

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to motivate and support team members
