Multi-skilled Bodyshop Technician - Hinckley
  • Hourly Rate: £22 – £24 per hour (DOE)
  • Basic Salary: Up to £53,000
  • OTE: £60,000+ (Workshop + Personal Efficiency Bonuses)
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week; Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Overtime Available

Are you an experienced bodyshop professional with strong skills across MET, panel, and paint? We're working with a well-established and reputable accident repair centre in Hinckley that's looking to bring a Multi-Skilled Technician into their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable technician seeking a long-term, rewarding role with excellent training and progression support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a combination of mechanical, electrical, panel, and paint repairs
  • Perform fault diagnostics, strip and fit, refinishing, and reassembly work
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with safety guidelines
  • Road-test vehicles when required to ensure roadworthiness and repair quality
  • Highlight additional faults or safety concerns and report to the workshop controller
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience across MET, panel beating, and paint spraying
  • Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • ATA accreditation desirable but not essential – training provided
