A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Parts Advisor for our client's franchised dealership in York.

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Advisor:
  • Up to £27,765 Basic Salary
  • £31,000 OTE
  • Work for one of the area's best-known businesses
  • Well-Established Main Dealership Environment
  • Manufacturer Training & Career Progression
  • Previous Automotive Parts Experience Required
  • Work for a manager that has been with the business for years and knows it inside out

Duties of a Parts Advisor with our client: 
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs, providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction 
  • Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
  • To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times

What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor: 
  • Previous Automotive Parts Experience required
  • Pinewood DMS background would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving Licence
