Service Advisor required in Edinburgh for a Franchised Dealership
  • Basic salary up to £28,500 (depending on experience)
  • Realistic OTE of up to £35,000
  • 42-hour working week
  • Monday to Friday
I'm currently working with a trusted franchised dealership based in the Edinburgh area, and they're looking to appoint an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

What’s on offer for a Service Advisor:
  • Basic salary up to £28,500 (depending on experience)
  • Realistic OTE of up to £35,000
  • 42-hour working week
  • Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for in a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Ideally, experience within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Ability to liaise effectively between customers and workshop staff
  • Good knowledge of service, repair, and warranty procedures
  • Organised and able to keep customers updated on vehicle progress
