- Salary: Basic up to £28,000, OTE circa £36,000

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner throughout their visit
- Keep customers informed of progress on their vehicle repairs with transparency and accuracy
- Promote additional services and upsell repair work recommended by technicians where appropriate
- Manage vehicle bookings into the workshop, ensuring efficient scheduling
- Make pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and manage customer expectations
- Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
- Deliver a high standard of product knowledge and remain up to date with training
- Support the aftersales team with day-to-day operations and communication
- Experience in a customer-facing Service Advisor or similar role within the motor industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Confident upselling additional work and services
- Full UK driving licence required
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Basic salary up to £28,820.61 depending on experience
- On-target earnings of approximately £36,000
