Car Sales Executive required for leading dealership based in Dunfermline
  • Basic Salary up to £30,000
  • Uncapped Commission – Realistic £49,300+ OTE
  • Company Car Provided
  • Full-Time – Monday to Friday
We are working with a well-established dealership that is looking to add an ambitious Car Sales Executive to its showroom team. This role offers strong earnings, excellent benefits, and clear progression for a proven sales professional.

What’s Available for the Successful Car Sales Executive:
  • Basic salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission scheme – realistic OTE of £49,300+

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly targets for new, used, and demonstrator vehicles, plus finance and insurance products
  • Complete accurate documentation in line with internal and FCA requirements
  • Appraise part-exchange vehicles and advertise stock promptly on digital platforms
  • Keep all demonstrator and display cars clean, fuelled, and ready for test drives
  • Conduct tailored product presentations and test drives that meet individual customer needs
  • Follow up leads, maintain CRM records, and provide timely customer updates
  • Work closely with marketing and aftersales teams to maximise sales opportunities
  • Produce regular sales performance reports for management review

Ideal Sales Executive Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of vehicle sales experience (or comparable B2C sales background)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident communicator, able to handle showroom and telephone enquiries
  • Strong admin ability with good IT skills
  • Target-driven, professional, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
