- Location: Manchester
- Basic Salary: £25,000 (negotiable for the right person)
- On-Target Earnings: £40,000 - £60,000
- Hours: 5-day working week – Saturdays on a rota basis
- Driving Licence: Required for this role

Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive:
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound calls to help customers find the right finance solutions
- Clearly explaining car finance products to support informed customer decisions
- Maintaining a positive, service-led approach throughout the sales journey
- Working across a range of finance options, including sub-prime finance
- Managing a busy pipeline with a focus on organisation and accuracy
- Consistently aiming to meet and exceed targets, with support and training provided
- Previous experience in car sales, customer service, or outbound call centre roles
- A confident, proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- A full UK driving licence (not required for the Call Centre roles)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- An interest in the motor industry and a desire to grow with the business
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (with holiday pay calculated on average earnings)
- Clear and achievable OTE of £40,000 - £60,000
