Sales Administrator - Derby
Basic Salary : £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:00pm
Occasional Saturday : 8:00am - 1:00pm


I’m looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Derby. You’ll need administrator experience, a bit of knowledge about the motor trade, and the kind of personality that fits in well with a busy, friendly dealership. If you’re organised, reliable, and up for getting stuck in this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer orders and keep sales paperwork organised
  • Keep customer records up to date and accurate
  • Help the sales team with tasks like invoicing and file management
  • Follow all company rules to make sure everything’s done right

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role 
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Familiarity with the automotive trade and CRM systems like Keyloop/Kerridge is desirable
