- Build lasting relationships with new and existing business customers
- Prospect and follow up leads using CRM systems and personal outreach
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations
- Work closely with the fleet and commercial vehicle teams to meet business targets
- Maximise opportunities through finance, add-ons, and part-exchange evaluations
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, displayed, and ready for test drives
- Maintain high standards of documentation and compliance
- Previous experience in commercial vehicle or LCV sales, ideally with a franchised dealership
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months
- Proficient with digital tools and sales systems
