Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a highly respected, Independent Garage in the New Southgate, North London area?

We’re currently seeking a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to become a key part of our well-established aftersales team. With a great reputation for both customer care and employee satisfaction, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a business that values its people.

The Service Advisor Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and the workshop
  • Meet & Greets
  • Liaising with the workshop & ordering the parts that are required
  • Maintain accurate records and manage customer expectations
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor
  • A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience
What Our Client is Offering the Successful Service Advisor:
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm, 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings 8.30am – 1pm
  • 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays
  • Basic Salary is negotiable, circa £33,000
  • Group performance bonus
