Salary: £18 - £22 + per hour (Depending on Experience, Qualifications, and Skills)
Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:

Our client, a well-established, family-run Accident Repair Centre in Plumstead, South London, is seeking a skilled and experienced MET / Stripper Fitter to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where no expense is spared on top-of-the-line tooling, workshop equipment, and continuous skills training for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dismantling and reassembling vehicles to a high standard.
  • Identifying and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MET / Stripper Fitter within the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics or automotive repair.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
