  • £30,000 Basic | OTE £45,000
  • Location: Croydon | Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are working with a well-established International Motor Trade Dealership Group, operating globally for over 25 years with over 300 dealerships. Ready to elevate your customer service skills in a dynamic automotive environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join a team that values excellence and rewards success.

What you’ll do:
  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and schedule service/repair appointments
  • Provide clear, accurate quotes and explain service requirements
  • Upsell additional services and products to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service bookings
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve group performance goals
What you’ll need to bring:
  • Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in automotive or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to upsell services and products effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of automotive systems or dealership operations is a plus
