- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service bookings

- Proven customer-facing experience, ideally in automotive or similar industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
- Knowledge of automotive systems or dealership operations is a plus
