  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday + Saturday rota
  • Salary: Circa £45,000 basic & circa £70,000 OTE (negotiable) 
Our client, a leading and well-established automotive retailer, is looking to recruit a professional and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their dynamic team in Southport. As an Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the service, parts, and workshop departments, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities for the Aftersales Manager:
  • Manage and support aftersales teams including service advisors, technicians, and parts staff
  • Monitor departmental performance against set KPIs and budgets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve targets
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the customer journey
Requirements for the Aftersales Manager:
  • Proven experience in an automotive aftersales leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the motor trade, ideally within a franchised dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
