Key Benefits:
- Basic Annual Salary: Up to £26,715 (based on £13.15/hour and 39-hour week)
- Overtime available on Saturdays (rotational basis)
- Monday to Friday schedule:
- Mon–Thu: 08:30–16:45
- Fri: 08:30–17:00
- Rotational Saturday overtime:
- 08:30–12:30 (extended to 15:00 once fully trained)

Role Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing correct vehicle parts and accessories
- Processing internal and external orders efficiently and accurately
- Providing advice on availability, pricing, and promotional offers
- Liaising with suppliers and locating non-stocked items
- Managing inventory levels and assisting with stock control
- Checking deliveries and reporting discrepancies
- Handling transactions and service requests from the workshop and trade customers
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar automotive parts role
- Confident communicator with good telephone and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order processing
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and online parts catalogues
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently
- Organised, methodical, and committed to providing great service
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar dealer management system
- Background in commercial vehicle or truck/van parts supply
