Mobile Plant & HGV Technician required for Commercial Vehicle business in and around the Heathrow area!
Being mobile, your van will be equipped with latest tooling and diagnostic equipment required, most of the work will be servicing and general maintenance of vehicles whilst off site, also some diagnostic repairs and fault finding. Your aim: ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time.
You will be working on combination of Plant Machinery & HGVs. This role would suit individuals who love to problem solve on a variety of makes and models of vehicles!

Duties of a Mobile Plant & HGV Technician with our Client:
- Performing major and minor repairs to plant machinery as well as heavy goods vehicles, trailers and other vehicles as required.
- Carrying out PDI works and attachment set up on plant machinery.
- Mobile repair and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services according to machine hrs and schedules.
- Maintaining inventory in the service vehicle and cleanliness from oil spills and dust.
What our client expects of their Mobile Plant & HGV Technician
- You are a level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with a solid workshop background within either Commercial Vehicle Mechanic role or Car Technician position
- You know how to work in a standard job time structure with a focus on producing compliant, high-quality work.
- Be able to prioritise and plan your work is key.
- Take pride being part of the team and are keen to help colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done.
- You take pride in providing a great customer experience each day - you understand what is important to your customers and suppliers.
