Our Client, an Independent Bodyshop are looking for a Parts / Service / Trainee VDA / Bodyshop Assistant  to add to their team of highly skilled professionals!

Our Client is offering the successful Parts / Service / Trainee VDA / Bodyshop Assistant:
  • Salary up to £32,000!
  • Monday To Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm Only
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • Independent Run Bodyshop Environment With Close-Knit Team
  • Varied Role Helping Out Within Parts Department, Service, & Also Supporting The Estimators
  • Full Training Provided
Duties of a Parts / Service / Trainee VDA / Bodyshop Assistant:
  • Assisting the parts department 
  • Support the service department dealing with customers on the front desk
  • Assist the Estimators and train as a VDA
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and CXI rating
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay

  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving License
