- Basic Salary up to £40k DOE, OTE in the region of £60k
- Monday to Saturday, Day off during the week.
Reporting to the General Manager and managing a close-knit team of New Car Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
- Ensuring each customer receives an exceptional experience on every occasion.
- Ensuring the sales team continuously delivers the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring agreed new & used business sales volume targets are met in line with monthly budgets.
- Ensuring gross profit targets are met through the optimisation of sales and peripheral income opportunities, combined with appropriate control of costs and expenditure.
- Ensuring showroom control processes and procedures are followed consistently with every customer.
- Achieving the customer satisfaction objectives and ensuring that each opportunity is taken to continuously improve the working methods and standards within the showroom environment.
