- Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 basic + bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Centre Manager:
- Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day depot operations
- Support technicians in the workshop when required
- Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
- Mentor and coach the team to ensure high standards of performance
- Maintain optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and operational procedures
- Technical or mechanical background with the ability to assist in the workshop
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and Health & Safety requirements
