Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a fresh start with a highly respected Main Dealer? We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our friendly, long-standing team in Ipswich — a dealership known for its exceptional customer service and strong local reputation.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the Workshop, delivering a seamless experience from booking to vehicle handover. You’ll handle service enquiries, provide estimates, and keep customers informed every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For?
  • Experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Dealership (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Kerridge/CDK experience is a bonus, but not essential
Location: Ipswich
Hours: Monday – Friday only (no weekends!)
Salary: £28,000 basic + realistic £35,000 OTE
