  • Basic Salary: £40,000 + Efficiency Bonus (up to £6K/year)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM option)
  • Contract: 42.5 Hours per Week | No Weekends
About the Role:
 We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join the Bodyshop team at a reputable Main Dealer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a modern, well-equipped Workshop environment that offers excellent benefits, no weekend work, and realistic bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities For a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality repairs to vehicles including panel replacement, filler work, dent removal, and realignment
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out work to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting bodyshop productivity targets
  • Work closely with estimators and paint technicians to ensure seamless workflow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment at all times
What We’re Looking For as a Panel Beater?
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a dealership or Accident repair centre
  • ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence
