Sales Executive Vacancy - Hinckley Main Dealer
  • Location: Hinckley
  • Basic Salary: £18,000 + Bonuses
  • On Target Earnings: £60,000+ (Top performers achieving up to £90,000)
  • Working Hours (5.5 day working week): Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm (on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage professionally with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored vehicle solutions
  • Present, demonstrate, and conduct test drives for new and used vehicles
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and follow-up
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a consultative

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in automotive sales within a prestige / main dealer environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and IT proficiency
  • Presentable, professional appearance
  • Knowledge of FCA compliance and finance products preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
