- Location: Hinckley
- Basic Salary: £18,000 + Bonuses
- On Target Earnings: £60,000+ (Top performers achieving up to £90,000)
- Working Hours (5.5 day working week): Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am – 4:00pm (on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored vehicle solutions
- Present, demonstrate, and conduct test drives for new and used vehicles
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and follow-up
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a consultative
- Proven track record in automotive sales within a prestige / main dealer environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and IT proficiency
- Presentable, professional appearance
- Knowledge of FCA compliance and finance products preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential
