Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Leicestershire Main Dealer
  • Position: Vehicle Technician 
  • Location: Leicestershire 
  • Basic Salary: Up to £45,000 (Depending on experience / qualifications)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm
We are working on behalf of a well-established main dealer in Leicestershire who is looking to expand their Workshop team with an experienced Vehicle Technician. Whether you're a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or a skilled all-rounder we want to hear from you!

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to a high standard, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC)
  • Follow manufacturer and MOT standards at all times
  • Accurately complete job cards and documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and development
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a workshop setting
  • EV qualification desirable (training provided if needed)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
