  • Monday - Friday on alternating weekly shifts shorter than average working day
  • Saturdays on a rota
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships? We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our reputable main dealership team in Plymouth.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You’ll ensure every customer receives a first-class experience, from the moment they walk through the door to the time their vehicle is returned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings
  • Liaising with the workshop to provide accurate updates and timeframes
  • Upselling additional services, products, and repairs where appropriate
  • Preparing estimates and invoices
  • Managing service records and documentation
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all customers
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Main dealer or Independent Garage
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate with good administrative and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
