Vehicle Service/Warranty Administrator required in Kidlington.
  • Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum
  • 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

Our client, an automotive commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple centres across England, is currently recruiting for a Service/Warranty Administrator for their dealership in Kidlington. Reporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a team assisting in the day-to-day running of the service reception.

As a Service/Warranty Administrator, your main duties will include:

  • Dealing with all aspects of the invoice process and system.
  • To ensure that warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Follow up on completed warranty repairs.
  • Managing invoice amounts and warranty payments.
  • Check & raise pro-forma invoices for customers.
  • Liaising with customers, management and Vehicle Technicians.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
To be eligible, you will have a background in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry and ideally previous vehicle warranty administration experience. Overall, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst being able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must. Any experience working with the Kerridge ADP dealer management system or with vehicle warranty systems would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
