Roaming Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician (SMART repairs) – North West (Stockport Area)
  • Location: North West
  • Hours: Flexible – Mobile role covering local sites
  • Salary: £45,000 basic + bonus (OTE up to £55,000) + company vehicle when mobile
Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most respected accident repair groups, is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician to join their team. This role involves carrying out smart and rapid repairs for customer vehicles, with a focus on one-day fixes. Ideal for a technician skilled in light paintwork and minor panel repairs, the position offers excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and a supportive working environment.

The role covers holiday and absence at sites across the region, using the van of the person being covered. When mobile cover is not required, you will work from a local branch.

Key Responsibilities for the Roaming Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician:
  • Carry out mobile smart and rapid repairs, primarily minor paint and panel work
  • Complete one-day repairs to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate repair records and follow company procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service and work independently
Requirements for the Roaming Mobile Vehicle Repair Technician:
  • Proven experience in smart repair, minor panel work, and vehicle painting
  • Ability to complete rapid, on-site one-day repairs
  • ATA or IMI accreditation desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Full UK driving licence essential
