- Working Hours: Day Shift – Full Time, Permanent
- Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 OTE (subject to personal and team objectives)
Key Responsibilities for the Workshop Controller role:
- Control workshop loading and manage workflow effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee process management across the workshop
- Liaise closely with parts and service teams to ensure efficiency
- Support diagnosis of problem vehicles where required
- Manage daily warranty processes and ensure compliance
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller (minimum 3 years required)
- Background in a franchised dealer environment preferred
- Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop and/or RTC systems desirable
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve departmental targets
- Passion and drive to lead a team effectively and deliver results
