Vehicle Technician needed in Huddersfield!
  • Basic Salary: up to around £37,000 depending on experience
  • Our client is open to technicians with varying skillsets - a package will be available to suit your skill level
  • Flexible working hours depending on your requirements (garage open 8-6)

  • Work in a small garage with a friendly atmosphere

Our client is an independent garage in the Huddersfield area. The role will be carrying out a full range of mechanical tasks, working in a peaceful, small workshop.
Our client is happy to welcome technicians if they are the right fit, regardless of experience, as there will be salary packages available to suit your skill level.

Main Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:
  • Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
  • Carry out all work completely and effectively.
  • Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety.
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team when required.
  • Aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met at all times.
Essential Requirements for the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Being the right fit for the business: our client can accommodate technicians of all skill levels.
  • You must have a strong knowledge of Vehicle Mechanics.
  • Ideally you will have a good locality to the workshop and be a fantastic team player 
  • Full UK Driving Licence without excessive points.
