Paint Sprayer - Accident Repair Centre:

  • Salary: Basic Negotiable ; OTE £50,000
  • Hours: Full-time
We are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join a well-established accident repair specialist in Coventry. The role involves preparing panels and spray painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring every job meets customer expectations and company quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare vehicle panels for paint application, masking adjacent areas to prevent overspray
  • Spray paint vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidance and company methods
  • Maintain and clean spray guns and operate spray booths correctly
  • Ensure spray booths meet correct pressure and temperature requirements
  • Follow all safety procedures, including handling fuel and hazardous materials safely
  • Dispose of paints, thinners, and general waste in compliance with regulations
  • Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and COSHH requirements
What you will need for the Paint Sprayer role:
  • Ideally IMI/ATA qualified Paint Technician with bodyshop experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
