Are you a customer-focused Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity in West London? Our client, a prestigious and well-established Franchised Car Dealer Group in Chiswick, is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join their Automotive Industry award-winning Aftersales team.

Job Details:
  • Location: Chiswick, West London
  • Salary: Parts Advisor: £30,000 Basic + Bonuses and / or Parts Supervisor: Up to £34,000 Basic + Bonuses
  • Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a rota
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor with our client:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice.
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Liaise between customers, suppliers, and the workshop to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain parts requirements.
  • Upsell additional products and services where applicable.
  • Ensure all paperwork and invoicing is completed correctly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet dealership targets.
  • For Parts Supervisor: Oversee the parts team and ensure operational efficiency.
What our client is looking for in their Parts Advisors / Parts Supervisors:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within a franchised dealership or independent garage.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or similar DMS (Dealer Management System).
  • A passion for providing top-level customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
